Mission Statement

The vision of Boston's Bridge to Excellence at the Cleveland Center is to provide, within a nurturing environment, a compass for success through service-learning, strong youth and character development and mentoring that will enable all children to reach their highest level of success without remediation regardless of familial traumas and socio-economic hardships.

Description

Many of our students come from underprivileged homes and neighborhoods where violence, addiction, and poverty can often interfere with early learning opportunities, thus putting them at a disadvantage compared with children in other areas of the Commonwealth. Therefore we seek creative, innovative community partners to engage with our grade 3 to 12 students during out-of-school time.
