Mission Statement

The mission of Apple Arts is to nurture and support under-served youth through art education. With individual attention, adaptive programming, and an emphasis on imagination, we use art to inspire and lift the self-esteem of our youth. Our goal is to use the creative process to exchange ideas and work together towards change.

Description

We work one-on-one with children in homeless shelters and community centers in under-resourced areas. With consistent weekly programming from September through June, we fill the gap in the afterschool hours with a structured, educational atmosphere focused on nurturing the creative spirit and raising self-esteem.
