Mission Statement

It is, and will be, the mission of the Stockton Animal Shelter Friends to reduce pet overpopulation and encourage responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals.

Description

Non-profit organization that works with the local city and county Animal Control Departments to rescue and place for adoption animals that would otherwise be euthanised. Long term goals include the creation of a "no kill" community via education and reduced cost spay/neuter programs.
