Description

Therapeutic riding uses the movement of the horse while riding to improve a student's motor skills and movement. The horse's walk closely replicates the human walk. Through a variety of horse-related activities, our riders realize many benefits that often include increased balance, muscle strength, coordination, greater confidence, self-awareness, and self-esteem. In addition, there is an emotional bond which develops between the horse and rider. The rewards are numerous!
