Description

The L.E. Rader Center is a state institution entrusted by the people of Oklahoma to provide professional prevention, education, and treatment services as well as secure facilities for juveniles in order to promote public safety and reduce juvenile delinquency.

From a former Chaplain: "Most of these boys don't know their parents. Many who do wish they didn't. If you can spend one hour a week with one boy and be an adult he can know and trust, you will have a profound impact on his life".A positive male role model is sadly lacking in the lives of many of these young men. And the social consequences of that lack are more violence and gang activity.
