Mission Statement

The Portage County Literacy Council provides literacy training to adult community residents who identify their literacy skills as a barrier to the achievement of their personal goals.

Description

We provide one on one tutoring and small group classes in adult basic education (reading writing and math) and English as a second language (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
