To serve and promote a better quality of life for children with special health care needs and their families within their community.
What is CoACH Care Center? CoACH Care Center is a short term, community-based children's health care facility. Medically fragile children stay with us as they transition from hospital to home from one day to a maximum of 120 days. Situated on 2.5 acres of land in Naperville, IL, CoACH Care Center features a family style environment, including an accessible playground for use by families.
Are there volunteer opportunities for me or my organization? Absolutely! CoACH welcomes volunteers from the age of 12 years and up. We have a wide range of volunteer activities. Please call 630/271-9155 or visit our website at www.coachcarecenter.org for additional information.
When you volunteer at CoACH Care Center, you become a hero. You give your time, energy and love to make a difference in a child's life. No matter how you decide to volunteer, you are helping CoACH support medically fragile children and their families. As a volunteer, you become an active member of each child's team and in no time, you come to understand what it feels like to be needed. Whether you enjoy playing with children or playing with computers, we have an opportunity for you! Volunteer at a time convenient for you - days, evenings or weekends. Together we can positively impact the lives of children with special health care needs and their families.
"CoACH is a wonderful place where special needs kids are loved and cherished. They have shown me how to celebrate their differences. The reward I get from volunteering at CoACH is having the opportunity to improve the quality of these children's lives."
