What is CoACH Care Center? CoACH Care Center is a short term, community-based children's health care facility. Medically fragile children stay with us as they transition from hospital to home from one day to a maximum of 120 days. Situated on 2.5 acres of land in Naperville, IL, CoACH Care Center features a family style environment, including an accessible playground for use by families.
