Mission Statement

Starlings Volleyball Club-Oakland is a community-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization which provides the equal opportunity for girls from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds to train and compete at USA Volleyball's Junior Olympic level. We encourage teamwork, health, positive life skills, and academic achievement.

Description

Starlings basic philosophy is "Students 1st, Athletes 2nd". Our goals are personal development and personal enjoyment. Players, parents, and coaches are expected to support and reinforce our ETA (Effort, Teamness, Attitude) values.
