Mission Statement

The mission of the WOYP Coalition is to
-restore the earth by promoting sustainability for farmers,
farm workers, and consumers alike;
-advance education and action on issues of food safety,
security, and sovereignty;
-create a table where all are welcome.

Description

The World on Your Plate food forum brings together 300+ people interested in discussing and learning about issues surrounding food. These include the soil, growing food, nutrition, politics and spirituality as they relate to food. Keynote speakers and workshops have focused on topics such as GMOs, raising grass fed, organic beef, medicinal herbs, chocolate, food systems, canning & preserving, holistic health, growing garlic, allergies, rain gardens, etc.
