The Potomac Technology Empowerment Center at GWU works to support community technology efforts throughout the Potomac region. We offer Technical Assistance, Advocacy and Planning help to all NPOs and agencies working to promote digital literacy, provide free access to the Internet or improve the use of technology in schools, communities and by special populations.
