Description
Since 1954, Life Management Center of Northwest Florida, Inc. has provided behavioral health services for children and adults within Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington Counties. Our non-profit organization annually provides both in-patient and out-patient services to approximately 10,000 individuals including: case management, individual, family and group counseling, psychiatric treatment, supportive living/housing, supported employment, social rehabilitation services, substance abuse treatment, outreach, and community-based care.
Our Child and Family Services department additionally provides assistance to children at risk of abuse, allowing them to live safely in the homes of responsible and loving parents. With the recuritment of "forever families" through adoption, visiting services for parents and children who are separated, in-home services to families at risk of abuse, and foster parent recrutiment and support, Life Management Center addresses critical elements of communnity-based care.
