Would you recommend The Arc Northwest Indiana?

I have not volunteered for this Organization, I have worked as a Residential Supervisor in the mid to late 90's for LCAR. I considered it to be a fine care and training facility then and would recommend it's services. I have a cousin that was raised with the assistance of LCAR in his life and now he is retiring from his job with E.C. School System of 33 years. We are very supportive >
