The Kempe Foundation for the Prevention and Treament of Child Abuse and Neglect

The Kempe Foundation, located in Aurora, CO, is a 501(c)(3) public charity with a vision to end child abuse and neglect. We engage in awareness and education activities related to the general issue of child abuse and neglect, as well as the programs provided by The Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse and Neglect. The programs at The Kempe Center are currently the primary beneficiary of our fundraising activities. The Kempe Center provides a number of programs that evaluate and treat children and families who have experienced child maltreatment, and conduct education and training for professionals in the areas of recognizing child maltreatment and treating the victims.
