Mission Statement

The mission of the BLINC Outreach Inc is to empower returning citizens (Felons) with the correct behavior and employability skills;to transition from incarceration into a changing global economy and develop them with values, honesty, integrity and moral fortitude necessary to succeed.

Description

BLINC Outreach goal is to help felons by rebuilding and recovering their lives one day at a time. BLINC plan to impact felons that are in the program so that they can remain drug free and crime free. Felons must have a desire to prove to the community and their families that they can be transformed and succeed back into the community in a positive way. We offer the following:

  • Job Placement & skills
  • Housing
  • Transitional needs: photo ID, SS Card assistance, & birth certificate
  • One on one mentoring
  • Spiritual Counseling
  • GED
  • Career Readiness Certification through WCC
  • Substance Abuse Counseling
  • Family restoration
  • Drug Counseling etc.

The clients are given a second chance through BLINC Outreach to make that change. We are serving over 75 clients, with at least 25 currently working at this time. Together, we can make that change happen for some of the non-violent felons in our community.
