Riverside PACE's mission is to enhance life for frail older adults by providing compassionate quality care and services.

Riverside PACE strives to achieve this mission by empowering participants to live in their homes and community for as long as it is medically and socially safe.

Riverside PACE is designed to preserve and support the participant's family unit while maximizing the dignity of, and respect for, the participant. Riverside PACE remains committed to comprehensive, coordinated, personalized quality of care to all who receive our services.

Description

At Pace MacTavish we offer a day program Monday-Friday where the participants can visit our clinic, see social workers, schedule home health visit and participate in many recreational activities each day.
