The organization works with clients who wish to re-enter the workforce, retain employment or increase their employability. We conduct job and career assessments to identify clients' interests, skills and job readiness. Our specialists work with individuals to create a resume, learn "soft skills" necessary to land and retain a job, build job interviewing skills and place a client in a job. Our role does not end there. Specialists coach clients in the initial employment probationary phase, following their progress and offering assistance to both employee and employer, sometimes up to six months after the client has been hired, until all parties are satisfied that the client can now continue independently.
