A Safe Harbor Home, Inc. is committed to equipping the victims of domestic violence with the necessary tools to empower their lives. We believe no one should have to live in fear or in a violent environment with their loved ones. We all have the right to become everything God wants us to be.

As a non-profit organization A Safe Harbor Home, Inc. offers the victims of domestic violence and homeless housing assistance. We cover all the NE area of Tennessee. The counties we serve are Carter, Greene, Johnson, Hancock, Hawkins, Sullivan, Washington, and Unicoi. Our Outreach office is located at 319 E. Sullivan Street in Kingsport, TN 37660
