To protect and serve every citizen in Knox County by promptly answering all calls and dispatching emergency services in a timely manner. To conduct ourselves as professional telecommunicators, thereby assisting in saving lives, stopping crimes, and preventing major fire losses.

Description

KCECD was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit public safety communications agency serving all of Knox County. Our agency provides emergency communications services for the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the Knoxville City Police Department, the Knoxville City Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services and Rural Metro.
