The Advocacy Teams Network is made up of more than 1,500 individuals from across the country who use their power as constituents to make change in Washington. Our success comes from our commitment to building relationships with Congress grounded in mutual respect and listening. Your activities will include: Fostering a team of advocates in your community Building an ongoing relationship with your members of Congress and their staff through regular lobby visits Writing letters to the editor Engaging with local media Each year, the Advocacy Teams network works on a campaign related to peace and foreign policy. We welcome you to join us this year as our network of 130+ teams across 45 states call on Congress to Invest in Peace through funding three critical conflict prevention and peacebuilding funds.
