Description

The Maryland Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) is part of the national network of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress. LBPH lends audio, Braille, and large print books on a wide range of subject interests. The service is free and statewide.
