Mission Statement

The misson of C.A.T.C.H. is to empower the next generation of leaders and to equip them with the needed tools to graduate high school and pursue higher education.

Description

The first initiative of the Tyrus Thomas Inc. is to improve the lives of "at-risk" youth in the Greater Baton Rouge area. TTI hopes to do this through a youth program entitled C.A.T.C.H.--Caring and Actively Teaching Children Hope through: Character and leadership empowerment; Advocating educational development; Teaching financial and economic literacy; Capturing the arts; and a Healthy mind and Body initiative.

Volunteers play a fundamental role in yotuh programs across the country by impacting the lives of children. Volunteers are not only vital, but are a necessary component in ensuring the success of the kids and longevity of the C.A.T.C.H. program.
