I am very disappointed, by the staff members here. They provided me with false information; they told me they could assist me. I submitted all of the required documents and they told me I had been approved. I called to follow up and then I was told I was DENIED, because I make to much money. If I didnt call them to follow up they never would have told me they changed my application status from "APPROVED" TO "DENIED." I was told I can probably qualify for another program and reassured that they would help me, by referring me to different programs. They have not contacted me to give me any updates. They have not replied to the emails I sent and stopped returning my calls. What I find appalling is that I am a United States citizen and this non profit organization denied my claim, but approves thousands of applications for illegals. I am not against them being here, but I can not understand how these people get more help from the government than U.S citizens. How
