Kiwanis Club of Downtown Sparks

Description

Our Sparks club service programs include:

• Kiwanis Bike Program dedicated to bicycling safety education and refurbishing bikes for kids in the community
• Kiwanis Community Bookshelf dedicated to making books available to at risk kids and adults throughout the community
• Kiwanis partnership with Sparks Heritage Museum
• Programs for adults with disabilities through our Aktion Club service leadership program, enabling those individuals to participate with us in programs throughout the community
• Service programs for teens through the Key Clubs (high school) and Builder's Clubs (middle school) that we sponsor

We host various programs throughout the community all year from bike rodeos (riding practices) for kids to the Christmas Carolling party at Christmas and having a float in the Sparks Christmas parade. See our web site for upcoming dates for special programs.
