Mission Statement

Our mission is three-fold:

1. Partner with our member schools to increase access, retention and graduation rates of students attending their schools;
2. Identify and prepare member schools' students who have significant leadership potential; and,
3. Create a pipeline of highly qualified member schools' students and alumni.
