About The Old West End Association Founded in 1998, this non-profit organization is focused on providing leadership in the redevelpment and revitalization of the Old West End, a historic neighborhood immediately west of downtown. To this end the organization works with long-time businesses, residents and neighborhood associations to plan and execute smart strategies for harmonious growth in the area.
