LEADERSHIP CUMBERLAND provides leadership development to promote community awareness, encourage personal engagement and enhance workplace vitality for individuals, businesses and organizations throughout Cumberland County, PA.

Leadership Cumberland has provided leadership development programs to members of our community since 1989. We have graduated more than 300 individuals over the past 20 years. Our organization advocates community leadership and we hope to help faciliatate connections between capable and interested individuals wanting to serve the community and boards needing leaders.
