Mission Statement

It is the mission of the center to meet the needs of the mature adult by promoting healthy aging, by providing progressive recreation programs and serving as a community resource.

Description

The Center staff strives to offer progressive recreation programs and activities. Program areas include: Outdoor Adventures, Education, Excursions, Extended Travel, Fitness, Aquatics, Special Events, Drop-in Activities, Arts & Crafts. The Center also offers an Information and Referral Service. This service is free and is designed to connect seniors and caregivers of seniors, in our area, to needed resources as: health care, housing, transportation, social services, adult day care, and personal home services.
