Mission Statement

The Roanoke Community Garden Association (RCGA) is a nonprofit promoting community gardening to connect people, fight hunger, and make the Roanoke Valley a healthier and more beautiful place to live.

Description

RCGA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. It started in 2007 and has been very successful! Last year we have 6 Community Gardens and two school gardens in Roanoke, VA.We are in the planning phases of an Urban Orchard and Food Forest to further enhance the city!
