Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation is committed to provide youth with the educational tools they need to live healthier more balanced lifestyles.
By working in collaboration with the community, Live Healthy & Thrive Youth Foundation provides services that result in measurable improvements for the children being served.

Goals

• To teach kids how to live healthier more balanced lifestyles focusing on mind, body and spirit and overall total wellness.

We will achieve the LHTYF goals by:

• Implementing two Kids workshops in Spring and Fall, free of charge that will focus on educating kids about food, fitness and health. And will seek to develop skills that kids can use later in life.
• Awarding scholarship dollars for best essay of high-school juniors and seniors who want to major in culinary arts, hospitality or health/medicine.
• Monitoring the success of each program participant on a bi-monthly basis.
• Promoting collaborative efforts to strengthen and encourage family support of the youth in the mission to be successful in healthy living.
