Mission Statement

The event will coordinate activities of various animal protection organizations, humane societies and animal lovers throughout the state. The will include, companion animal overpopulation education, wildlife preservation discussions, spay and neuter clinic projects and humane education programs in the states schools.

Description

A FUTURE WITH COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS. Animal organizations throughout New Mexico are joining together to make this annual event a focal point for bringing animal welfare issues and humane education programs to the public. Special events will make New Mexico's Week for the Animals enjoyable and educational for both adults and children.
