Mission Statement

To bring an end to animal suffering through awareness of sheltering processes, rescue, prevention and education. Awareness by informing the taxpaying public of the restrictions of government run animal shelters; Rescue through the continued efforts of dedicated contributors and volunteers nationwide; Prevention of animal overpopulation through spay/neuter programs and incentives; Education of the general public on the results of allowing even one animal to breed. In the meantime, Citizens For Saving Animals is trying to save as many animals as we can from such a horrific fate. Our objective is to coordinate a network of rescues/volunteers to help facilitate this very important effort.
