Mission Statement

Buckeye Swim Club is a fun and instructional swim program designed to give children of all ability levels a comfortable and individually paced swimming environment. All swimmers are given individual goals and are encouraged to take pride in individual accomplishments. We believe strongly in the function of the team environment and the role of peers in encouraging swimmers to reach their goals. Each group sets team goals and all swimmers are encouraged to participate in accomplishing these goals.

Description

The Buckeye Swim Club Boosters is gearing up for a fundraiser to ensure its continued success in the 2002-2003 competitive seasons. Buckeye Swim Club provides professional competitive swim instruction for children and young adults in the Central Ohio area. Through fundraising efforts we are able to keep membership costs low enough to offer our programs to college students, children of college students and low-income families. We are very proud of our achievements at Buckeye Swim Club. Our swimmers have competed at the Olympics and numerous international and national competitions. And our young swimmers flourish under the excellent teachings of our professional coaching staff. The intent of our club is to also provide the opportunity for our youth to learn individual goal setting while in a teamwork environment.
