Mission Statement

ASR's mission is to provide search, rescue, recovery and disaster relief assistance and training free of charge to communities in PA, NY, OH, WV, VA, and MD.

Description

We are a 300 member all volunteer charitable non-profit located in southwestern PA. We provide services free of charge to federal, state and local authorities in the search and/or recovery of individuals and/or evidence.
