Recognized for its supportive role in the complete patient-care experience. MHI Partners with 460 hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Our affiliation with the American Heart Association was established in 1993. As one of the largest heart support groups in the nation we have over 24,000 members and 284 chapters in the United States and Canada.
