Mission Statement

Turn Kindness On (TKO) is a non-profit organization that brings parents and children together to build a lifelong relationship with community service. Founded in 2001 by the Ellen family - TKO donors and volunteers believe we can build a better world by harnessing children's uniquely empathetic energy and empowering them to make a change.

Description

TKO coordinates local community service events that raise much-needed funds to assist under-served communities domestically and internationally. TKO's engaging programs are developed for children and parents to encourage philanthropy and volunteerism as family activities.

Person in charge didn't know where I would be, so pretty much I was put anywhere they needed me. I didn't really feel welcomed as I have felt in other places that I volunteer at. It was hot that day there was no water or anything offered to me. Did not meet my expectations at all.
