Competence and compassion are the cornerstones of Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey service delivery.

Description

Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey is a nonprofit community homehealth agency providing comprehensive in-home health care and hospice services for people of all ages and walks of life in NJ. The agency is licensed by the N.J. State Department of Health and Senior Services certified by Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).

In home services include nursing, home health aide services, rehabilitative therapies, medical social work and infusion therapy.

Community based services include senior citizens' health counseling, influenza immunizations and case management for seniors, handicapped children and AIDS patients.
