Mission Statement

The mission of World Relief, as commissioned by the National Association of Evangelicals, is to work with the Church in alleviating human suffering worldwide in the name of Christ. Relief and development work with refugess in the US and internationally in Africa- Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan. Asia- Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Mongolia, North Korea, Afghanistan. Latin America- El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru. Other- Turkey, Kosovo.

Description

Assist with the development of the U.S. Relief Worker Memorial project to honor the men and women who have so bravely served U.S.-based relief organizations. This permanent Memorial will tell the stories behind the names, recognize outstanding contributions, acknowledge personal sacrifices - and honor those who have given their lives.
