Mission Statement

Working to improve the quality of life in the community, focusing on Asian Pacific Americans

Description

Established in 1973, Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) is the largest non-profit advocacy, educational, health and human service organization in Santa Clara County, with 13 different programs serving the Asian Pacific American community. Programs include behavioral health counseling services, alcohol and other substance abuse program, primary health clinic, domestic violence program and shelter, Center for Survivors of Torture, HIV/AIDs Outreach and Education program, and Senior Wellness Center. AACI serves over 55,000 client visits each year. Many clients are low-income Asian immigrants and southeastern Asian refugees.
