Mission Statement

The John Stewart Company (JSCo) began in 1978 with a commitment to providing quality management for affordable housing in the Bay Area. Today, JSCo is a leading, full-service housing management, development, and consulting organization employing 800 people statewide. We service a diverse portfolio of more than 160 housing developments with over 20,000 living units - home to more than 35,000 California residents.

Description

Resident Services is an on-site program that provides recreation and public information services to ten affordable housing complexes throughout Santa Clara County. Recreational services are provided in the form of an after-school and summer drop-in Rec Program for one of the larger sites known as Los Esteros. There are also seasonal programs for several other complexes within the San Jose/ Campbell, Morgan Hill and Campbell communities. Public Service information assistance is provided on an at-need basis for all ten complexes.
