Mission Statement

To help children in Colombia that have been kidnapped by the drug cartel and forced to be child soldiers, but who have escaped. We help them heal and prepare for re-insertion into Colombian civil society. To slow the rate of kidnapping we conduct a anti-cocaine campaign in the USA since it is the demand for cocaine that drives the production of kidnapping in Colombia.

Description

Enable-USA works with its Colombian partner to help escaped children qualify for their Amnesty Decree, which is a four year process, which absolves them of quilt for the crimes they committed during the time they were enslaved.

The second component of our program is to slow the demand for cocaine in the USA. Today, 20 million American consume cocaine. Those 20 million are as quilty of the brutilization of innocent Colombian kids as the drug cartel. Our goals are to help the children heal and slow down the demand for cocaine.
