Mission Statement

SULAH is a community based organization that uses a combination of neigborhood volunteers and health professionals to provide information, support services and health care to elderly residents, so they can remain in their homes with dignity, independence and choice.

Description

SULAH serves residents over the age of 65 who live in the the Summit University, Frogtown and Downtown areas of St. Paul. We coordinate a vast array of services that include, education, in-home visits by health professionals and volunteers, transportation, chore services, exercise programs, caregiver support, food insecurity support and much more.
