Co-founder of Puffy Paws Kitty Haven, Rick Kingston, explains, "We care for kitties with feline leukemia & FIV, blind kitties, feral cats, epileptic kitties, kitties with only one eye, 20 year old kitties, kitties that do not use their litter box, kitties with thyroid conditions - basically unwanted and unadoptable kitties that would be euthanized elsewhere."

I volunteer for Puffy Paws Kitty Haven because I can appreciate their mission to help cats that would otherwise be euthanized due to FLV and special needs as well as for cats who are just no cute anymore. Puffy Paws has rescued more than 1000 cats over the years and they currently care for about 245 cats. They need help with day to day funding for food, litter, cleaning supplies and vet care. You can volunteer in many ways. I volunteer by posting to Facebook, making videos and helping promote the cause online and offline. I also buy items from the donation center on a regular basis. I know that the money that goes to Puffy Paws Kitty Haven goes to the cats, so that makes it easy to support them.
