Mission Statement

Athletes On The Rise, Inc, a Georgia Non-Profit Corporation... Athletes On The Rise, Inc, is an ambitious organization that is combating Childhood Obesity, among inner-city girls, ages 8-18; by providing personal mentors, coaches and tutors that encourage them to particpate in a physical activity and to maintain a healthy diet.

In a culture where our youth often get the short end of the stick, this organization will insure they rise to the top. Without the education and grooming of our youth; we are truly doomed. "Our Youth Must Come First"...

Description

Volunteers will assist the organization in all of their upcoming events...There are ongoing training classes each volunteers must attend, before working any of our events...

Athletes on the Rise promotes high self-esteem and motivates young girls to want to be healthy and eat the right foods not so they can be like society, but so that they can be the best them. I love the concept of golf, tennis,and dance being an intricate part of the program as well as the mentorship.
