As a vibrant, thriving art center t he organization is widely respected as an enabler for the development and growth of artists and performers, providing outlets in all media. HVCA regularly offers outstanding exhibits, performances and educational classes that have broad appeal across the full spectrum of audiences.

Funding for the council work comes from membership fees, donations, fundraising events and grants from state, corporate and private sources. Monetary or in- kind contributions are welcomed from individuals, groups, estates, businesses, charities, and private sources.

HVCA is a fun place to work! The people are friendly and welcoming and it gives me a great way to connect with my passion for the arts and my community. I love the opportunities to work with kids and seniors and would recommend this organization to anyone seeking to donate time!

An amazing place...this is a grass roots arts council that supports the humanities ...art, authors, artists and cultural programs. They have it covered from visual to performance art, classes and gallery events.
