  • Educational opportunities including prenatal yoga, health and wellness classes, prepared childbirth classes, lactation services
  • Connections to other resources in the community that will strengthen families in the longterm
  • A certified doula to support the woman during her pregnancy, birth, and in the post partum.
  • Parent/child programs like our Toddler Yoga or Early Literacy Programs that help foster relationships with other parents and helps strengthen the bond bewteen the parent and the child.

Research confirms these services are reducing the likelihood of child abuse and neglect in our community. By mothering the mother, we are able to empower her to better mother her child.
