Chinatown Community Development Center's Tenant Services Department The Tenant Services Division of Chinatown Community Development Center is commmitted to supporting the mission of its organization to build community and enhance the quality of life for residents. We are committed to assisting and supporting Chinatown Community Development Center residents with retaining their housing, living independently, achieving their personal goals, and working in partnership with Property Management to provide a safe and healthy living environment. We further are committed to supporting tenants to be their own advocates, fully participating in the process and decisions that affect their lives.
