Description

DIAL/SELF utilizes a comprehensive and integrated service delivery model to include a variety of prevention and intervention programs including: Outreach Program- which works with youth ages 11-22, providing information and referral, support and advocacy. Residential Program- assists youth in developing the life skills necessary for a successful transition to independent living. Services include: counseling, 24 hour on-call emergency response and practical assistance in the areas of education, recreation, employment and housing. GAP (Greenfield AmeriCorps Program)-works closely with Franklin County site partners to help youth avoid destructive behavior, by leading recreational activities, educational and life skills support, and providing acess to local resources.
