Ashburn VFRD is located approximately 30 miles west of Washington DC in Loudoun County Virginia. It is part of a combination career and volunteer system. The career and volunteer staff work together to protect and help the citizens of the Ashburn, citizens of adjacent communities and counties. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you will find information on what is involved and who to contact. There are a lot of things planned to make this site more informative and fun.
