Mission Statement

Hope Academy Enrichment Center believes: 1. For the East African community in Minnesota to be more productive members of society, it needs a good command of the English language 2. In addition to language mastery, the community also has to be self-sufficient in order to contribute to the greater social well-being. HAEC is here to facilitate that integration and transition.

Description

1. (A) We provide a safe environment wherein participants partake in learning English grammar, morphology, lexicon, syntax, pronounciation, spelling, parts of speech, sentence structures and other elements necessary for effective dialogue.

1. (B) We provide an environment conducive to debates, exchange of ideas, constructive criticism, argumentations, refutations, Book Club and the publication of good literary works.

2. Econmic Development: Financial Literacy, entreneurship, fiscal responsibility, credit and cash management, career explorations, and above all, time management.
