For me, first and foremost, it means getting more done with less. So to walk this talk and embody this ideal, I am conducting this campaign with zero external campaign finance and minimal contributions of my own. These private sector best practices need to be creatively and continuously meshed with the public sector. Notable components that beg further deployment are performance measurement, competitive procurement, technology adoption, and transparency.
